HOST MEMBERSHIP TERMS & AGREEMENT

Overview

By joining Atlas + Wild as a listed property, you agree to participate in a curated travel discovery platform designed to connect distinctive stays with experience-driven travelers.

Atlas + Wild is a discovery platform — not a booking engine. Our goal is to increase meaningful visibility for your property by placing it in front of aligned, high-intent travelers through targeted marketing, curated positioning, and intentional search pathways.

We aim to guide more of the right guests to your property — those already seeking the kind of experience you offer.

All bookings are made directly between the host and the guest. Atlas + Wild does not process reservations or take commissions.

Membership & Visibility

Your membership provides:

• Placement within the Atlas + Wild app and website
• Visibility through discovery filters including stay type, landscape, experiences, features, and tags
• Inclusion in curated collections and discovery pathways
• Direct connection to travelers who book with you

Atlas + Wild reserves the right to curate, position, or remove listings to maintain the integrity of the platform.

We actively promote the platform and its properties through ongoing marketing efforts designed to increase visibility and connect hosts with aligned, high-intent travelers.

Billing & Payment Terms

Hosts may choose between:

• Monthly subscription billing
• Annual billing (invoiced yearly)

An invoice will be issued upon approval. Payment is required within 5 business days of receipt.

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed activation or removal from the onboarding process.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships:

• May be canceled at any time
• Remain active through the end of the current billing cycle
• Will not be charged again after cancellation

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships:

• Are billed once per year
• Are non-refundable
• Are not prorated if canceled before the end of the term

By selecting an annual plan, you agree to the full annual billing period.

Cancellation & Removal

Hosts may request removal from the platform at any time.

Atlas + Wild reserves the right to remove a listing if:

• The property no longer aligns with platform standards
• Information provided is inaccurate or misleading
• The experience no longer reflects the quality or intent of the platform

Content & Representation

By submitting your property, you grant Atlas + Wild permission to:

• Display your listing, images, and descriptions within the platform
• Adapt and refine content for clarity, formatting, and search optimization

All original content remains the property of the host.

No Guarantees

Atlas + Wild does not guarantee:

• Booking volume
• Revenue outcomes
• Specific placement or ranking

We provide visibility, positioning, and discovery — not guaranteed bookings.

Independent Relationship

Participation in Atlas + Wild does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. Hosts operate as independent businesses.

Acceptance

By completing payment and participating in Atlas + Wild, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the agreement.
