We’re a marketing platform, not a booking agent, which means we’ll never interfere with your business or dictate your prices. Our role is to do what we do best: shine a spotlight on your unique stay and bring you more bookings.
Complete Control of your Bookings
Guests discover your property through our curated platform, then connect directly with you via your website. From there, the booking is completed between you and your guest — giving you full control and direct relationships.
No Exclusive Contracts
Unlike other platforms, Atlas + Wild never locks you into exclusivity. You remain free to list and promote your property wherever you choose. This keeps your risk low and your reach wide. We know that flexibility and transparency matter more than ever.
With our subscription model, you keep complete control over pricing, availability and guest communications. we work hard to get you on the map. Atlas + Wild will not charge Vendor any fees, commissions, or revenue share for bookings, leads, or revenue generated from such listings.

General Listing

By securing any featured listing at the Founding Partner rate, you acknowledge that:
- Your listing can be upgraded at Founder Rates for life
- Your listing will automatically renew on an annual basis unless canceled in writing.
- It is your responsibility to cancel before the start of the new annual billing cycle.
- All payments after the Beta phase are considered annual fees and are non-refundable.
- No additional reminders or cancellation notifications will be sent.
